Tammie Wales, artist currently living on Alaska, creates wonderful Coffee Paintings that will brighten up your day. She paints using exclusively 100% real coffee. This tasty technique quite resembles watercolor painting or ink and water on paper. This gives Tammie a wide variety of styles and themes that she can pursue. Most of her art is inspired by animal world with a touch of surrealism to spice things up. The end result is like a good cup of coffee. Strong and eye-opening, yet sweet and very enjoyable at the same time. Let’s take a sip… I mean look!
I am a total coffee addict and a self taught artist.
Painting with coffee is unique and it really gets people buzzing! Inspirations flow through my experience at a fast pace and because I never really know what buyers will be attracted to. I produce a wide variety of themes and styles.
I choose coffee today as my sole medium choice. Painting with coffee is fun, unique, showcases endless potentials for details, styles and themes and the art smells really great too!
In 2017 I aspire to take my large inventory to live art shows and outdoor festivals. Places where I would show, sell and maybe get to demonstrate my craft to the public.
Coffee Paintings to go!
When I saw these coffee paintings I thought to myself: “I bet these smell nicer than any of my past work”. Just one great example on how experimenting with mediums can affect the viewer.
